About DocMJ
We are a medical marijuana physician practice, not a dispensary. Our job is medical. Our physicians evaluate patients, confirm qualifying conditions, and certify the people who genuinely benefit from doctor-supervised medical cannabis. We don’t sell cannabis, and we don’t grow it.
The numbers explain how this works better than any mission statement could. Since 2016, our physicians have completed more than 500,000 patient visits. More than 85% of our patients return to the same physician when it’s time to recertify. That loyalty says something real about the care we provide.
DocMJ started in August 2016, when a small group of physicians saw that patients needed affordable, direct access to medical cannabis recommendations under Florida’s Amendment 2. We now serve patients through clinic locations in Florida, Ohio, and Texas, with telehealth and partner clinics extending our reach further. Our CEO, Aaron Bloom, came to this work from healthcare law and long-term care leadership. Our Medical Director, Dr. Louis Frosch, DO, anchors our clinical standards.
