During the evaluation, a qualified Florida physician reviews the patient’s medical history, symptoms, diagnosed conditions, previous treatment, current medications, and relevant medical records. Existing patients can also schedule renewal evaluations. Eligible follow-up appointments may be completed through secure telemedicine when Florida requirements are met.
