West Virginia Medical Marijuana Qualifying Conditions

West Virginia allows a physician to certify you if you live with one or more qualifying conditions. Patients under 18 need a caregiver or legal guardian to enroll.

  • intractable seizures
  • sickle cell anemia
  • severe chronic or intractable pain of neuropathic origin.
