Fill out your physician application. Tell us about your practice background, your license status, and what kind of schedule you’re looking for. No cover letter required. We read every application.

Credentialing
Our team verifies your license, checks your background, and walks you through the state-specific requirements for medical cannabis certification in your jurisdiction. Each state has its own rules, and we know them cold. You won’t be left guessing whether you’re compliant.

Onboarding
Once you’re credentialed, you complete our clinical protocol training. This covers qualifying conditions, dosing frameworks, documentation standards, and the legal boundaries in your state. It’s thorough. It’s also efficient. Most physicians complete onboarding within two weeks.

Start Seeing Patients
You’re live. Patients are pre-screened and scheduled. Your MA handles check-in, vitals, and preliminary intake. You conduct the evaluation, make your recommendation, and document the visit. The support team handles everything after. You go home. It’s that clean.

Questions You Might Have
Do I need prior experience with medical cannabis?
No. We train every physician on the clinical and regulatory standards before they see their first patient. What you need is diagnostic skill, sound clinical judgment, and a willingness to follow the evidence. We’ll handle the rest.
How much control do I have over my schedule?
Complete control. Some of our physicians work five days a week. Others work one afternoon. You tell us what you want, and we build around it. There’s no minimum hour commitment, and you’re never locked into a schedule that doesn’t work for you anymore.
Is this telemedicine or in-person?
Both, depending on your state and your preference. Florida allows telemedicine certifications. Other states have different rules. We match your practice to what your jurisdiction permits. If your preference changes over time, your arrangement can change with it.
How are physicians compensated?
We offer multiple compensation structures depending on your employment arrangement. Specifics are discussed during the application process, but every option reflects the value of your license and clinical judgment. You’ll know the numbers before you commit to anything.
What happens if a patient isn't a good candidate?
You make that call. Our pre-screening process filters out clearly ineligible patients before they reach you. But the final determination is always yours. If a patient doesn’t meet the clinical criteria, you don’t certify them. Period.
How quickly can I start?
Most physicians are seeing patients within three to four weeks of applying, assuming your license and background check process smoothly. Credentialing timelines vary slightly by state, but we’ll give you a clear timeline during your first conversation with us.
