Our team of 22+ physicians and advanced practitioners covers specialties from internal medicine and family practice to neurology, pain management, emergency medicine, and ophthalmology. Several of our doctors hold licenses across three or more states. You would be joining a practice that has been issuing medical marijuana cards for over eight years. That longevity matters for you, too. It means you are walking into a team that knows what it is doing. The laws change constantly. The state registries update their rules. Patients show up confused about whether they even qualify. You will learn to guide them through, calmly and correctly, because you will have colleagues who have done it hundreds of thousands of times.
We offer both in-person and telemedicine appointments where state law permits. This means your role can be flexible, and your work fits your life, not the other way around. Our patients include first-timers who are nervous about the whole idea, renewals who have been with us for years, and transfers who had a bad experience somewhere else and heard we do things differently. Our promise to every one of them: if it turns out medical marijuana is not right for you, you pay nothing. We mean that. Zero dollars. That policy has been in place since day one. For Clinicians
We are always interested in speaking with licensed physicians (MD, DO) and advanced practice providers who want to practice at the intersection of traditional medicine and plant-based therapeutics.
What We Look For
You hold an active, unrestricted medical license in at least one state where we operate. You completed the required state-specific certification to recommend medical cannabis. You listen before you prescribe. A 15-minute rubber-stamp appointment is not how we work. Our visits are thorough because our patients are often managing multiple conditions, sometimes on complicated medication regimens, and they need a doctor who actually pays attention. If you enjoy the detective work of medicine, the part where you connect symptoms to root causes and think holistically about treatment, you will fit right in.
What the Role Looks Like
You conduct patient evaluations, either in one of our clinics or via telemedicine. You review medical history, discuss symptoms, and determine whether medical cannabis is an appropriate recommendation. When it is, you walk the patient through what to expect, how dosing works, and how to communicate with their dispensary pharmacist. When it is not, you explain why honestly and point them toward other options. You also handle renewals for returning patients, which often take less time because there is an existing relationship and treatment history to reference.
We do not ask you to sell anything. We do not push volume targets. Your clinical judgment is the final word on every certification. That independence is rare in corporate medicine, and we protect it.

Great clinicians cannot do their best work without great staff behind them. Our patient coordinators, front desk teams, and administrative professionals are the first voice a patient hears and the last face they see. That matters more than most practices admit.

You answer phones, yes. You schedule appointments, yes. But you also talk a first-time patient through what to expect. You calm someone down who is worried their renewal will lapse. You catch a paperwork error before it becomes a state registry problem. You are the human bridge between a nervous patient and a comfortable visit. We look for people who are warm on the phone, organized under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping someone through a process they find intimidating. Experience in a medical office helps. Empathy and attention to detail matter more.
Administrative and Operations Support
Behind every smooth clinic day is someone who made sure the schedule was tight, the records were current, and the state compliance paperwork was filed correctly. We need people who understand that in a regulated industry, documentation is not busywork. It is the difference between a patient getting their card on time and a patient waiting weeks because a form was incomplete. You should be comfortable with web-based tools, electronic health records, and digital scheduling platforms. You should be even more comfortable owning a process from start to finish without someone checking every step.
